Paul Ashmore

Paul Ashmore is the co-owner of Audio Animals Studios, a UK-based mixing and mastering company that he helped build from the ground up. Over the years, Paul has played a key role in developing Audio Animals into an internationally recognised brand, working with clients and companies throughout the audio industry.

Alongside his work with Audio Animals, Paul has launched his own independent website to offer personal consultancy, mentoring and advisory services. His experience in building and growing successful audio businesses has led to opportunities to work with and support respected industry brands including Solid State Logic, Neve, Cranborne Audio, Zombie Rec, Freqport, Plugin Alliance, Native Instruments and many others.

Paul’s consultancy is not only aimed at established companies or successful artists. His goal is to make his experience accessible to anyone who would benefit from practical, straightforward guidance.

Having built his own career and businesses through experience, experimentation and, at times, costly mistakes, Paul understands how valuable the right advice can be at the right time. His aim is to be the person he wishes he had access to earlier in his career: someone who can offer perspective, provide direction and help people make better decisions.
